This A4 comb-bound booklet is an extended transcript of the talk given by Kay Rush at the Shelley Group Annual Weekend at Telford in 2011. Kay's presentation illustrated the collaboration between Shelleys and other manufacturers to produce boxed sets of coffee cups with silver or silver plate holders. The booklet includes two pages of additional photographs to those shown in the original presentation.
